Rongo Wetere

Rongo Wetere is the founder of the Te Wananga o Aotearoa tertiary institution in New Zealand.^[1] He was previously chair of the Māori Employment and Training Commission. He was the chief executive of the Te Wananga o Aotearoa tertiary institution but resigned from his post in 2005 following governament pressure.^[2]

Personal Life

He has a son called Willy who runs one of the schools^[3] and a daughter called Susan.^[4]
