Rongo Wetere

Rongo Wetere is the founder of the Te Wananga o Aotearoa tertiary institution in New Zealand.[1] He was previously chair of the Māori Employment and Training Commission. He was the chief executive of the Te Wananga o Aotearoa tertiary institution but resigned from his post in 2005 following governament pressure.[2]

Personal Life

He has a son called Willy who runs one of the schools[3] and a daughter called Susan.[4]
